1. Will it work on my telephone?

Our Telerecorders should be able to work on all telephones.

2. Am I allowed to use it?

The simple answer is yes. See legal for more info

3. How do I put it on my phone? Do I have to do electrical stuff?

The Watsonlinc connectors simply clip onto the cable of you telephone - no rewiring or fitting special adaptors. (please note the Watsonlinc can connect to any cable on a domestic / direct line telephone but on an office system phone it will need to be placed on the handset/headset cable)

4.Where can I get it?

5.Can I use the Watsonlinc with my computer?

Yes the Watsonlinc can be used to feed the signal from your telephone into your computer through the sound card. This does require the polarity of the Watsonlinc plug to be reversed though as sound cards appear to have their polarity set differently from standard mic inputs - we at Retell would be happy to give advice on doing this.
